Senior Police Officer: I am saddened by the increasing number of juvenile crimes.

Senior Police Officer: These juveniles usually suffer from and untreated attention deficit disorder, learning disabilities as dyslexia or from substance abuse.Aside from the mental illness, many of these juveniles suffer from stressful living often including physical or sexual abuse, and parents or guardians who drugs and alcohol.
Clyde: Youth are the hope and future of the nation as they say, but it’s quite depressing when we see the of juvenile crimes nowadays.
Senior Police Officer: Well let’s just hope that our justice system will work hand in hand with the Health Services.They should work together on the basis that these juvenile offenders need treatment and not .
Clyde: The Mental Health Association recommends that minors convicted of minor and offenses be offered treatment, services and supervision instead of .
Senior Police Officer: The most effective services should focus on not punishment.
